| Hi Alex, |
| Maybe you want to try things out before real money is on the line. That is smart. It is what a demo account is for. |
| Your demo runs next to your live account. Same login. Same trading conditions. You can switch between them at any time. |
| A demo is good for things like: |
| Trying a market you have never traded. | | Seeing how the order ticket works before real money is on it. | | Getting used to the click. Your hand may shake the first time. It shakes less the next time. |
|
| To open one, log in and go to My accounts. Click Open account, then pick Demo. You choose the starting balance. |
| When you are ready to go live, your live account is right where you left it. |
